We will also provide you with information about maintaining forest health to keep your property naturally beautiful.Fire MitigationProtect your home and property from fire. LumberJacks provides all fire mitigation services to create a "defensible space" around your home such as removing dead trees, thinning trees and brush cover and reducing the density of any forest areas on your property as recommended by forest services. We provide written plans as required by counties for new construction and additions.Pine Beetles/MistletoeLumberJacks will identify and remove infected trees. If beetles are still present, we will haul the trees offsite to reduce spreading or educate you on the pros and cons of covering and how to cover the timber if you want to later burn as firewood.ChippingWe have two chippers: 13" and 18" capacity. Chips can be left on your property for multiple uses and landscaping or hauled away for mulch processing. Future hauling will be to a local bio-mass facility whenever feasible.Firewood
Lots and Road WorkWe work with private property owners, excavating companies, general contractors and developers using several pieces of forestry equipment to clear roads and lots.HaulingWe will haul anything except for hazardous materials.
